NOTD: Secrets of a Wannabe Charlotte Design

I recently wrote a post entitled NOTD: Pastel Galaxy Nails, where I had tried to create my own nail art design. As a lover of all nail art, I generally get an idea into my head, and then type it into Google to see how other people have tackled the same design first. With the pastel galaxy nails however, I had the idea in my head, picked out my colours, and let the idea run with me. I was really proud of myself for creating the design, and so wanted to keep making my own designs.

This design features a lot of *shameless* self-promotion, as I wanted to see if I could transfer my Secrets of a Wannabe Charlotte blog banner onto my nails - here is the finished product! 

I knew I'd never be able to fit in the entire name of 'Secrets of a Wannabe Charlotte', but I wanted to feature something from the name so chose the 'S' sitting on the grass from my favicon picture to be the main focus on my thumb. The cloud and daisy from the banner are also included on three of the nails, with the grass featured on two. I achieved the letter 'S', grass and centre of the daisy by using a fine nail art brush - I'm not 100% happy with how it turned out, but I wanted to show you guys anyway! For the clouds and petals of the daisy I used a white nail art pen that I mentioned in my Philippines Haul post.
